Technology Road Map
The second step in our client engagement process is the Technology Road Map. It is a pre-sales and non-committal engagement that outlines your current IT infrastructure at a point in time. This document continues to evolve as organisational requirement change. Some features and benefits of the Technology Roadmap include:
- Identify current IT projects and initiatives
- Identify short, medium and long term goals of your IT infrastructure and how IT will be aligned to your business
- A snapshot of the current services being delivered to the business.
- A snapshot of the current infrastructure delivering the services.
Scope of Works
The Regal IT scope of works is used to describe the managed or consulting services that will be performed by the organisation for the client. It captures and defines the work activities, deliverables and the timeline that a project will be executed by Regal IT.
