David’s role at Regal IT involves the investigation and subsequent sourcing of new technologies that Regal takes to their clients and to the market. It is these technologies that enables Regal to differentiate themselves in a competitive market; as David’s sourced IT solutions provide the most suitable, valuable and efficient solutions to their clients. Akin to this is David’s outstanding ability to lead the operations aspect of Regal IT. Such operations include; Pre-sales, project management, solution delivery and quality as well as our vital (market differential) Strategic Sourcing Partnership division, our service desk.

David’s technical experience began when he established and ran an Electrical Contracting Company for 8 years, a specialized lighting company, as well as an IT support company in a time where IT was newly being recognised as an industry to watch. In 1998, David migrated to Australia from South Africa, with his family, where his keen eye for the resolution of operating system and network conflicts and faults, aligned him with a suitable role with Powerlan Technologies for a year. David then took up a senior position at Professional Advantage in the System Integration group where he then worked for approximately 2 years.  Here David was able to hone his skills and further develop his understanding and passion of how technology can help medium-sized enterprises. In 2001, David made a commitment to the establishment and longevity of Regal Information Technology and has dedicated himself to its expertise and service. The value of David Cleminson is his ability to look at the whole company picture when planning, deploying and implementing new projects.  David's expertise and passion for technology has translated into Regal IT’s assurance that their clients have access to the most suitable IT solutions to meet their business, budget and temporal requirements and limitations.

As such, David has worked as an Information Technology consultant designing and implementing company Information Technology strategies for over 10 years.  While working in the enterprise space as a Senior Engineer, David rolled out new servers and software for companies ranging from large multi site corporations and government to smaller one site operations.

David’s accreditations include; MCSE, CCA, CCEA, CCIA and CCNA.
